Maintenance Assistant (Seasonal)

1. Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, mopping, vacuuming and trash removal. 2. Operate heavy equipment such as trucks, tractors, skid steer, loaders, etc. 3. Operate light self propelled equipment such as power mowers, chain saws, drills, power saws, etc. 4. Perform a variety of tasks utilizing power and manual hand tools including but not limited to saws, hammers, drills, sanders, and stationary power tools. 5. May be required to assist with a variety of construction trades including but not limited to masonry, carpentry, painting, roofing, electrical, plumbing & HVAC.

Salary Range:
From $17 to $17 Hourly
Minimum Qualification
Two years of experience in maintenance or mechanical work under the supervision of a skilled trades-worker or completion of an appropriate two year technical school course.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
